Does anyone know what the name of this flower is, and where to get it?

It is a bush in Oregon, about 3' high. It has multiple stems on it that are each nearly the full height of the bush. Each stem has a ton of light pink blooms that are shaped exactly like miniature snapdragons, that bloom toward the bottom first and work their way up to the top. I've seen it in planters along the Oregon coast and volunteering at the edge of hay fields just outside Dallas, which is just east of Salem. They bloom from about now until the frost. I think the bush dies back each year but I don't know. Does anyone know what it is?? I absolutely love it, it is so pretty and has a very long growing season. Thanks, SB

Can you identify this plant?

It has eight blooms coming out of the top of that stalk and at least four more on the way. The plant has been growing all spring (in north Metro Atlanta), and the stalk has shot out of the ground in the last two or three days. Bruce
